COMPANIA NATIONAL DE ADMINISTRARE A INFRASTRUCTURII RUTIERE S.A., as the Beneficiary and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, as the Intermediate Body for Transport, signed the Additional Act no. 1, to the Financing Agreement no. 145/10.06.2022, for the project: "Construction of the Braila-Galati Expressway".

By signing the Additional Act no. 1, one of the important clauses is modified:

Art. 10, paragraph (1) of the Financing Agreement-General Conditions:

Art. 1. In Article 3 - Value of the contract, paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) will have the following content:

The total value of the Project "Construction of the Braila-Galati Expressway" is 506,438,896.08 lei (Stage I and Stage II), of which the total eligible value of the project (Stage I and Stage II) is 363,261,081.05 lei and the value of the financing contract related to Stage I is 195,536,132.18 lei, financed by a 2014-2020 POIM framework, is as follows;

The non-refundable eligible amount from the Cohesion Fund related to Stage I POIM, amounts to 126,169,152.97 lei, equivalent to 85% of the total eligible amount.

The value of the Beneficiary's eligible co-financing related to Stage I is in the amount of 22,265,144.64 lei, equivalent to 15% of the total eligible value.

The difference compared to the total value of the project represents ineligible expenses including VAT related to Stages I and II.
