Romania’s Ministry of Development Reimburses Over 107 Million Lei for PNRR Projects

The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA) has reimbursed invoices totaling 107,559,420.95 lei for 130 projects carried out under three components of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR): Component C5 – Renovation Wave, Component C10 – Local Fund, and Component C11 – Tourism and Culture, Minister Cseke Attila announced.

Under Component C5 – Renovation Wave, 43,774,400.28 lei were allocated for 69 projects aimed at improving energy efficiency, thermal rehabilitation, structural strengthening, modernization, and seismic renovation of public buildings and residential blocks.

For Component C10 – Local Fund, 44,032,256.17 lei were reimbursed for 55 invoices, covering the development and updating of territorial planning and urban development documentation, as well as infrastructure for green transport.

An additional 19,752,764.50 lei were allocated through Component C11 – Tourism and Culture for the payment of 7 invoices related to infrastructure for bicycles and electric scooters (routes and parking areas), aimed at ensuring long-term viability.
