The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) announces that it has issued 1,126,555 documents online through the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform in the first half of 2023. During the same period in 2022, ANCPI issued 798,392 land book extracts for information purposes and 98,358 cadastral plan extracts on orthophotoplan. The documents issued online by ANCPI, without a handwritten signature, are recognized by local and central administration institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, etc.

In June 2023, ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), provided 161,634 land book extracts for information purposes and 17,760 cadastral plan extracts on orthophotoplan online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform.

In June 2022, ANCPI issued 120,402 land book extracts for information purposes and 15,123 cadastral plan extracts on orthophotoplan online.

Furthermore, in the sixth month of 2023, 10,575 new users registered accounts on the epay.ancpi.ro platform, and 131,898 online orders were recorded.

The price of an online land book extract for information purposes issued through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 20 lei, compared to 25 lei at the offices of the cadastre and land registration offices.

If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the user's account within a few minutes. If the extract has not been converted to electronic format, the waiting time is a maximum of two business days.

The price of a cadastral plan extract on orthophotoplan issued online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 15 lei.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online, and payment is made through a bank card.

Currently, the number of properties registered in the integrated cadastral and land book system is over 21.7 million.

Therefore, land book extracts requested for these properties can be downloaded by users of the epay.ancpi.ro platform in the shortest possible time.
