The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI) issued 768,988 documents online through the platform EPAY.ANCPI.RO in the first four months of 2024.

During the same period last year, ANCPI issued 618,581 land book excerpts for information and 72,209 excerpts from the cadastral plan on the orthophotomap. The documents issued online by ANCPI, without a handwritten signature, are recognized by local and central administration institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, etc.

In April 2024, ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), provided online, through the platform epay.ancpi.ro, 174,530 land book excerpts for information and 25,000 excerpts from the cadastral plan on the orthophotomap. In the previous month, ANCPI issued 175,794 land book excerpts for information and 24,530 excerpts from the cadastral plan on the orthophotomap.

Additionally, in the fourth month of 2024, 7,800 new users created accounts on the epay.ancpi.ro platform, and 139,246 online orders were recorded.

The price of a land book excerpt for information issued online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 20 lei, while at the counters of the cadastre and real estate publicity offices, the cost is 25 lei.

If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the user-created account within a few minutes. If the excerpt has not been converted to electronic format, the waiting time is up to two working days.

The price of an excerpt from the cadastral plan on the orthophotomap issued online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 15 lei.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online, and payment can be made with a bank card.

Currently, the number of properties registered in the integrated cadastral and land book information system is over 23.4 million.

Thus, the land book excerpts requested for these properties can be downloaded by users of the epay.ancpi.ro platform in the shortest possible time.
