The Ministry of Development, through the "Anghel Saligny" National Investment Program, is providing funding for 33 new investments in road and technical-edilitar infrastructure following the signing of contracts by Minister Adrian-Ioan Veștea and the beneficiaries of the projects.
The "Anghel Saligny" Program aims not only to improve the quality of life for residents but also to avoid the risk of depopulation in less developed communities and reduce disparities between regions.
At the same time, the program will create new opportunities for economic development, generating jobs and income for local budgets, from which funding shares can be ensured for other necessary investments in local communities.
Therefore, like any national investment program, it requires involvement from all local authorities to manage all stages of project implementation effectively. It also means equal benefits for each locality, as emphasized by the Minister of Development.
The contracts, totaling 228,490,464 lei, focus on the modernization of local roads, establishment or expansion of drinking water supply systems and household sewage networks, ditch and gutter development in the public road area, as well as the construction of bridges and culverts.
